Brown and Caldwell; 1997 (April); Handbook of Valley County Stormwater Best Management Practices; 28P + attachments. A handbook designed to provide guidance in the selection and design of stormwater best management practices (BMPs) for Valley County. Includes sections covering basic stormwater management practices and policies, and 52 BMPs for construction/temporary management practices and post-construction/permanent management of stormwater. This handbook has been adopted by Valley County as a mechanism to establish valley-wide continuity in good management procedures that are applicable to both industrial and private needs.
